Crafted from 90% cotton, they offer a comfortable feel and stay in place for daily wear. Available in black and white, they come in a one-size-fits-all format, suitable for sizes 39 to 45.

How to care for your DE L’EST socks

Our socks are made of 90% cotton, a comfortable and breathable material that requires proper care to maintain its shape over time.

To preserve the shape, color, and slightly crinkled effect of your socks, we recommend a gentle wash.

Washing

Wash your socks in cold water, or at a maximum of 30°C.
Avoid high temperatures, which can damage the cotton fibers, loosen the knit, or cause slight shrinkage.

For better care, turn the socks inside out before washing and use a delicate cycle.

Drying

Avoid tumble drying.
Heat can impair the elasticity and shape retention of the cotton.

We recommend air drying, laid flat or hung up, away from a direct heat source.

Ironing

Ironing is not necessary.

At DE L'EST, we select unique pieces from Asian fashion labels. To offer you the best service, our stock is spread between our partner warehouses in France (77) and Asia.

Rates and Times

Delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more. For smaller orders, the following rates apply:

Note on Express Delivery: This service is only available for items stored in our warehouse in France. This information is specified on the product page.

Tracking Terms

• Shipping: All our orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

• Tracking: An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

• Customs: For products shipped from Asia, no additional customs fees will be charged to you. Our prices include all taxes.

📦 Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to make a return?

1. Request: Contact us at contact@delestparis.com with your order number.

2. Return address: Our returns are centralized at our logistics center in France. The exact address will be communicated to you by email.

3. Return fees: Returns are free. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Conditions for acceptance

To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition:

• Unworn and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging intact.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected (within 48 hours), the refund will be issued:

• To your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• Timeframe: allow 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank to see the credit appear in your account.
