Based on your waist size, we recommend:
- A size S for anyone between 1m70 and 1m75

- A size L for anyone over 1m80 to 1m84/85 - a size XL if you are over 1m85

We recommend machine washing at a low temperature (30°C maximum), turning the garment inside out before washing. It is advisable not to mix colors to avoid any risk of color transfer or alteration.
Spin speed should remain moderate ( 400 max ) and drying should be done in the open air, without using a tumble dryer.
