According to your waist size, we recommend:
- A size S for anyone under 1m75 (or M if you want a looser fit)
- A size M if you are between 1m75 and 1m80 (or L for those between 1m78/80 for a looser fit).
- A size L for anyone between 1m80 and 1m85 (or XL if you are in the upper range for a looser fit)
- A size XL for anyone over 1m85

We recommend machine washing at a low temperature (30°C maximum), turning the garment inside out before washing. It is advisable not to mix colors to avoid any risk of color transfer or alteration.
Spin speed should remain moderate ( 400 max ) and drying should be done in the open air, without using a tumble dryer.

These precautions help to maintain the appearance, cut and durability of the clothes over time.
