Are the items in stock?
We operate on a semi-drop model. Some items are available immediately, while others are shipped after preparation to guarantee quality and controlled production.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it is generally no longer possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us promptly if necessary.

Are the clothes true to size?
Yes. Our clothes are true to size, with most being loose or oversized fits. We always recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.

How to choose the right size?
Each product page includes size recommendations and a detailed size guide. The measurements provided allow you to choose according to your body shape and the desired fit (fitted or oversized).

What if I'm between two sizes?
If you are unsure, choose according to the desired effect:

  • Regular size for a loose or oversized fit
  • Size down for a more fitted look

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 8 business days.

What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €200.
Below this amount, the delivery fee is €3,95.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

How do I make a return?
A return label can be generated for you. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their original tags attached.

Are returns free?
Yes, returnes are free

When will I be reimbursed?
The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

What happens if the return is late or non-compliant?
A credit note valid for 6 months may be offered.

How do I care for my clothes?
Each garment must be cared for according to the instructions on the label.

Can I machine wash woolen clothes?
For items containing more than 80% wool, we recommend hand washing only. Machine washing, even on a wool cycle, is not recommended.

Can the clothes go in the dryer?
No. We recommend air drying to preserve the material and the cut.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main secure payment methods available on Shopify.
